Key Account Manager

About the Job

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client needs and provide tailored telecom solutions (e.g., network services, fiber, wireless, enterprise solutions)
Monitor account performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, billing, and support) to ensure timely project execution
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
Prepare account plans, forecasts, and regular business reviews
Handle client concerns, escalations, and contract negotiations
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms
Track market trends and competitor activities within the telecom industry
